    JOB TITLE: Front Desk Customer Service Assistant, Work-Study

     

    DEPARTMENT: AASSC

     

    PAY RATE: $12.25 per hour 

     

    NUMBER OF OPENINGS: 8

     

    Fall 2019

     

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

     

    •  As the first line of interaction with students, staff, faculty and other constituents for AASC; as well as the office of the Dean of Student Development & Retention and the KEYS Scholarship Program, Front Desk Customer Service Assistants will be responsible for scheduling appointments, data entry, answering a multi-line phone system, greeting all visitors - providing a high level of customer service.  Front Desk Customer Service Assistants will also assist with various AASSC projects, including but not limited to: call campaigns, data tracking, scanning forms and mass mailing.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

     

     

    •  Must be a current student of the Community College of Denver, taking at least six hours of credit and awarded work-study funds.

    • high school graduate customer service good written and communication skills detail oriented fast learner and ability to retain information ability to work with self-initiative and accuracy ability to work in a high volume, fast pace environment proficient computer knowledge Microsoft Office proficiency
