OPPORTUNITY:

GetWellNetwork is seeking a Creative Director to guide projects and assume responsibility for the overall quality of creative work for GetWellNetwork.  This leader will help to develop materials for print and digital campaigns, events, executive presentations, corporate brand standards and product collateral.  The ideal candidate is capable of balancing business and creative objectives, possesses an ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, and has a stellar track record of defining and bringing vision to life.  The Creative Director will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through an effective, efficient creative team.

This position would be based out of our Bethesda, MD office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead

• Drive cross company collaboration on corporate and product initiatives, specifically branding and messaging efforts
• Oversee efforts of PR/Social and Creative. Establish creative goals and priorities for direct reports

Collaborate

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company as well as the marketing team on quarterly planning and project completion
• Support the firm on presentations and keynotes
• Communicate design strategy when interpreting and maintaining brand guidelines

Create

• Provide creative direction for collateral, video, website and presentations
• Maintain design excellence and elevate creative thinking through all materials produced by the team to ensure an integrated approach

Drive

• Coordinate support for lead generation campaigns, PR initiatives and creative needs

ABOUT YOU:

• Ability to distill and navigate complex concepts into simple, customer-friendly communication
• Stellar communication, presentation, problem-solving and project management skills
• Ability to inspire creativity and lead a talented team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 8 years combined experience in creative and creative leadership
• People management experience
• Demonstrated understanding of industry trends and creative tools
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Xd), Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent multi-tasker and agile to shifting creative needs
• Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulations.
