    KPS Global (KPSG) is the North American industry leader in the manufacture, production, and installation of Walk-in Coolers and Freezers.  KPSG’s end-product serves many channels within the retail food market as well as industrial applications.  KPSG is headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas with most support activities centralized in the Fort Worth facility. KPSG maintains product manufacturing in five locations: San Dimas, CA; Fort Worth, TX; Piney Flats, TN; Conyers, GA and Goodyear, AZ.

    This position is responsible for the management of all Aftermarket Parts activities in support of the department and company's objectives. Manage sales forecast and margin growth, direction of both outside and inside (customer support) sales teams, establishment, and analysis of KPI’s and performance data, and development and growth of Parts web portal. Additionally, this role will be tasked to analyze, modify, develop, and implement the entire Aftermarket Parts process from order to delivery process. This will include working closely with plant operational personnel (Plant Managers, Material Managers, Production, Shipping & Receiving, etc.) to create efficient and timely processes to grow both manufactured and other parts sales. The role will also interface, coordinate and direct transactional and strategic policies with Purchasing to establish inventory and product levels and selection.   

    Required Skills

    • Full P&L management including driving top line revenue growth and bottom-line EBITDA growth.
    • Accelerate the OEM and partner aftermarket product line growth. Increase KPS Global’s position in the market to gain parts for KPSG products.
    • Aggressively drive top line sales growth and profitability through high level negotiations with KPS Global’s customers.
    • Identify, evaluate, recommend, and execute market growth opportunities through a variety of strategies including new product development and acquisitions.
    • Collaboratively develop growth strategy and champion effective execution including communicating clear goals and providing continuous employee feedback.
    • Develop an effective method of curiously monitoring competitor activity, pricing, product offering and customer satisfaction and execute countermeasures as required to maintain a market leadership position.
    • Champion (and contribute to) innovation as we refine our scalable business system to drive profitable growth
    • Manage expenses and capital expenditures to company guidelines for parts and service departments.
    • Work with Plant personnel (Materials Managers & Mfg. Engineers) to alter as recommended warehousing space, racking, shipping staging areas, to optimize material control and process speed.
    • Review department financials with parts and service managers monthly.
    • Challenge the status quo to identify and advise on new opportunities for efficiency and growth
    • Manage profitability with a focus on revenue growth, effective cost control and service efficiency.
    • Develop and manage metrics that drive and continuously improve employee efficiency.
    • Grow and Expand aftermarket parts sales and delivery.
    • Manage parts gross margins, service efficiencies, aftermarket pricing and cure processes where needed.
    • Responsible for the selection, training, and development of all location personnel.
    • In conjunction with corporate product management and marketing, ensure location product offering and marketing/advertising cadence drives market awareness and pulls customer interest toward market leading service and solutions.
    • Develop monthly revenue & margin forecasts

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics / Supply Chain, or other analytical degree; or equivalent experience, Master’s Degree preferred

    • 5 years minimum in operations, warehousing, or logistics.

    • 3+ years demonstrated management/leadership and team building experience

    • Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams

    • Knowledge of the cold storage, construction and refrigeration industries preferred

    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with strong presentation skills

    • Strong leader, proven ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams

    • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively within a multi-cultural and international environment.

    • Self-motivated, ability to take initiative to improve processes and procedures

    • Effective management skills, with ability to multi-task. Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision
