CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Great Company that is linked to the government located in the West Mifflin is currently seeking experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in a related field and must have excellent communication skills. This position offers a longer term home that offers room for growth with 100% PAID BENEFITS. 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

•  Customer Service Representative verifies customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
• Update customer accounts as needed, including but not limited to account contact information, telephone numbers, and emergency contacts.
•  Manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries to the database for accuracy.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

• Knowledge of Microsoft office
• 45 WPM + typing speed
• Training would be for a month on-site and then you would be able to work remotely with the company providing all the equipment necessary to work remotely until everyone comes back to the office.
• The Customer Service Representative shift is (11:30 AM - 7:30 PM).

• Hourly Rate: $18.61/hr

• This positions starts out working for the first 30 days onsite and then you will have the option of remote work from home.
