We are an Architectual and Structural Engineering design firm looking for an experienced Architectural drafter and also a Structural Engineer to work with our team and produce set of construction plans. We have been in business since 2017 and we have designed lots of high-end houses around the Los Angeles area. Our emphasize is in major remodeling and custom houses and ADU recently. Health insurance will be one of other benefit of working in our office. - Architectural Drafter responsibilities include gathering drawings and specifications, measure in job site and convert it to a plan in Revit (Must be proficient in Revit and have at least 1 year experience). If you have hands-on experience with Revit software and are familiar with building processes and essential codes, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you'll help us build functional, secure and well-designed products and plans that meet our needs. Responsibilities Liaise with architects and engineers to gather product and requirements and designs Job site visit for measurements and make as-built plan (Must have car and valid driver license) Create detailed designs with Revit software Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the designer Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards Create 3D models as requested in Sketch Up and render in Lumion Skills Proven work experience (At least two years) as a Drafter or similar role Hands-on experience with Revit software (Must be proficient) Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (Sketch Up and Lumion) Good math skills Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure - Structural Engineer Requirement: Must be proficient in Auto-Cad and have knowledge of building analysis and code and familiar with Enercalc software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
