    Our Lead Line Cooks are essential to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly in the absence of the Kitchen Manager or to assist the KM when they are on duty. In this role, you are expected to know every station thoroughly and be able to jump in and help where needed. The successful candidate needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced and often stressful work environment and have passion and enthusiasm for what they do.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Supervise the work of Line Cooks

    Ensure that all cooking stations are adequately stocked with the necessary ingredients and equipment is operational.

    Ensure that all cooking stations and surfaces are cleaned and disinfected before and after each shift.

    Prepare food orders following menu specifications

    Train new line cooks

    Adhere to company standards for safe food handling and storage

    Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Lead line cook experience - 3+ years including grill, prep, and fry

    Basic food safety understanding and practice

    Excellent communication and leadership skills

    Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment

    Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

    Excellent attendance and punctuality

    Ability to work a schedule that may include days, nights, holidays and weekends

    Food Handler Certification a plus and will be required within 60 days of hire
