Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team! In this role, you will install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments. Train or help manage on site teams.

You have past experience in an HVAC Installer role and hold an EPA certification or obtain in the first 60 days. A team player who is comfortable working independently or working with a team, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

Install heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC)

Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction

Understanding of local code requirements

Train and supervise teams on site

Basic understanding of tools

Test system operations

Basic computer skills to use company software on each project

Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring

Qualifications:

Past experience as an HVAC Installer or comparable education

Valid Drivers License

EPA Certification or obtain within 60days of hire

Experience with operation and Installation of First co aqua therm systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and Gas Furnaces

Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
