    Job Summary & Responsibilities

    The M365 Cloud Administrator will support the day-to-day administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID technologies while also contributing to Power BI reporting and emerging AI initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies
    • Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, MFA/SSO, and Azure
    • Hands-on PowerShell experience
    • Experience with Power BI focused on reporting, visualization, data accuracy, and business insights
    • Strong interest in AI and experience using AI tools
    • Experience with AI agent-building
    • Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
    • Microsoft certifications highly preferred

     

    Description and Responsibilities

    • Support and administer M365 technologies including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure/Entra ID, MFA, and SSO
    • Resolve Level III ServiceNow tickets, troubleshoot issues, and support M365 deployments and operational procedures
    • Use PowerShell for administration, troubleshooting, and automation
    • Create and maintain Power BI visualizations and reports, ensuring data accuracy and using data to identify and explain trends
    • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and effectively communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences
    • Analyze business data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities, using Power BI to present information in a clear and meaningful way
    • Support and improve existing Power BI dashboards and reports based on changing business needs
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve processes, solve problems, and increase productivity
    • Support the creation and improvement of AI agents; experience with Claude or similar AI platforms is a plus
    • Explore and evaluate AI tools and use cases, helping teams apply AI effectively to everyday business and technical challenges
    • Assist with testing, refining, and troubleshooting AI agents to ensure they provide accurate and useful results
    • Document solutions, identify process improvements, and provide excellent customer service
