Job Description

• Work closely with the marketing manager to: 
  • grow our social media footprint
  • increase audience engagement on social media platforms (to increase reach of organic posts)
  • test posting attributes
    • frequency
    • style
    • length of post
    • tone
    • hashtags
    •  imagery
    • CTAs
    • Emojis
    • Images
    • videos
• Expand and develop standardized social media reporting
• Develop and test two live events (July & August)
• Assist with persona development as directed

Qualifications

• At least a college junior (having completed at least two years of college)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; copywriting experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with solid understanding of excel
• Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
• Eager to learn and be challenged to grow
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Able to laugh at yourself and "find the funny" in work situations
