    THE POSITION AVAILABLE IS FOR AN OPENING IN OUR NEW LAS VEGAS OFFICE. YOU WILL BE WORKING DIRECTLY WITH OUR SAN DIEGO & NEW YORK OFFICE.

    As a Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will revolve around analyzing, creating, & managing a portfolio of investments in real estate, public securities, and private companies. We are looking to hire talent that can continue to grow and transcend within the family office or other lines of businesses.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze financial performance of individual investments & portfolios.
    • Prepare monthly financial reports & exposure analysis for all investors.
    • Daily portfolio monitoring, equity screenings, and individual stock analysis.
    • Assist Family Office Executives with a Foreign Currency Hedging program.
    • Prepare analysis and rebalance all portfolios quarterly.
    • Prepare Monthly Net Wealth Reports for all investors.
    • Assist in a treasurer role for all accounts under firm’s management.
    • Assisting with the development of new and existing bank, broker, and custodian relationships.
    • Liaison between our current banking relationships and our real estate team when bidding out a commercial mortgage.
    • Shadow executives when trading equities, fixed income securities, derivatives, foreign currency, etc.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any other business-related fields or on track to complete within the next year
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish
    • Substantial experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (including experience with lookup functions, pivot tables, and macros)
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Organization, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
