Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will represent our client's brands (such as AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum) and assist customers with product recommendations, new account acquisition, and general account management. Responsibilities include engaging with customers on the sales floor, providing product demonstrations or comparisons, qualifying the customers needs, quoting customers for services, creating new orders, managing accounts..etc. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

Representing our client's brands (selling cellular mobility services + home and business WIFI and television)

Providing award-winning customer service

Communicate with customers on the sales floor to qualify their needs

Handle account management and service upgrades

Increasing brand awareness

Providing interactive presentations and accurate pricing quotes

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.

Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment
