CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

APPROXIMATE FIRST YEAR SALARY: $36,250-$42,500
MAKE A DIFFERENCE (M.A.D.) PHILADELPHIA is a start-up that believes in equality and social empowerment. Recently we've expanded our client portfolio, and are therefore looking to grow and diversify our Customer Experience Team. We're looking for people with an outgoing personality, a passion for customer service, and a desire to make a difference!
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working with our existing Customer Experience Team to provide our clients with a professional and fun way of enhancing their image. You'll be engaging in conversions with local shoppers, answering questions, providing guidance, suggesting solutions, and completing transactions when the campaign is the right fit for the consumer.
REQUIREMENTS:
All Customer Service Representatives need to be 18+ years of age due to the nature of the transactions you'll be completing. You'll also need to be legally allowed to work in the USA as we're not in a position to provide sponsorship. Finally, we're looking for people who can work full-time hours and start in person within 2 weeks' time.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Customer service or similar work experience such as retail sales, food service, bartending, etc is recommended since you'll be working as part of a team servicing customers. A degree or business-related coursework is helpful but not required because we offer comprehensive training and ongoing support. The desire to learn and the ability to retain information are necessary because you'll be working in a somewhat fast-paced environment.
