    WHOLESALE ORDER SPECIALIST

    EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time     |     OFFICE HOURS: 40hrs a week

    (Daily schedule to be discussed with manager.  Partial WFH available.)

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    Our rapidly growing wholesale business is looking for a teammate who can balance a strong customer service acumen with sharp analytical skills to help us manage the flow of product to our retailer network. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented and organized, excels as a team player and can easily pivot among a variety of tasks. We hope to find a professional with a remarkable work ethic who is coachable and thrives in a collaborative environment.

    We are looking for someone who can successfully fill two critical business functions during the week:

    1)      Order Scheduling & Fulfillment (75% of the week):

    Seeking an experienced and savvy excel user who us well versed in aggregating and analyzing data, and someone with a willingness to learn other software systems. Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and/or Magento a plus.

    2)      Customer Service and Marketing Support (25% of the week):

    Support our retail partners, and act as a liaison to the inventory and warehouse teams. Your time will be spent working with customers on the phone and over email, and assisting with wholesale business special projects as they arise.

    This position requires a 4 year degree or equivalent experience.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    ORDER SCHEDULING & FULFILLMENT

    • Manage and confirm incoming orders from our retailer network via sales rep partners and our B2B site.
    • Work with Inventory Manager and utilize data analysis to anticipate inventory needs and plan shipping volumes.
    • Manage shipping charges on wholesale orders for USA, Canada and Central/S America.
    • Work with wholesale office and warehouse team to schedule orders and maintain priority shipping calendar.
    • Manage credit card authorizations for daily orders, and release daily orders to the warehouse for picking.
    • Work in tandem with manager to deliver weekly inventory and business reports.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE & B2B MARKETING SUPPORT

    • Answer customer support inquiries via email and phone (including but not limited to warranty issues, order scheduling, payment processing, etc)
    • Assist with routine content maintenance of wholesale B2B site
    • Work with marketing team to help design, write and send B2B emails. Work with manager to plan email and promotions calendar.
    • Be an integral part of the wholesale team and share your voice as we problem solve and grow.
