    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Fence Installation Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will work with a helper to install fences and oversee worksite operations. This may include meeting with customers, directing helpers, inspecting materials, digging holes, mixing concrete, operating power tools, setting up structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job. An ideal candidate likes working with their hands and can be relied on to bring a job to completion.

    Responsibilities

    Run a fence installation crew with professionoalism, quality, and efficiency

    Meet with customers before installation to confirm project details and resolve open questions

    Review the finished project with customers to ensure that expectations are met

    Inspect materials and tools every day to ensure your team has what it needs for a successful installation

    Communicate with the Operations Supervisor regarding job status and completion

    Install wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chainlink fence

    Dig holes

    Mix concrete

    Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment

    Maintain a clean work environment

    Transport materials and equipment from one location to another

    Drive F-550 with trailer

    Other manual tasks as required

    Qualifications

    3-4 years of job-related experience

    A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

    Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse

    Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods (this includes lifting up to 80 lbs or more)

    Strong attention to detail

    Excellent hand-eye coordination

    Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations

    Knowledge of power tools is preferred

    Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
