  • Responsibilities

    __****About the Company:

    • Majestic Plastics Inc. is a custom injection molding company that provides the highest quality thermo-plastic injection molded products to the automotive, agricultural, healthcare, transportation, and furniture industries. Employee-Owned Organization (ESOP).

    ** Job Functions:**

    • Work with Assembly Coordinator to solve customer complaints with hands on training when required
    • Uphold quality policy and Quality Management System
    • Degating / Trimming, sub-assembly, full assembly, and re-working.
    • The following Work Instructions

    Daily duties are, but not limited to the following:

    • Review Assembly board for any quality alerts or concerns
    • Read Daily Assembly log for assignment
    • Read Majestic Job Instruction and review approved sample
    • Retrieve supplies using and set up workstation
    • Begin to assemble product using FR-38 for specific product assembly process
    • When assembly processes are completed or changing over to different process, ensure all supplies are placed in designated area and completely clean station, verify no previously assembled or unassembled product has been left behind.
    • During all assembly processes the Majestic Plastics Rate and Quality requirements must be upheld.
    • Housekeeping – clean and organize all area in the assembly department including the bathroom, breakroom, and supply area.
    • Responsible for the quality of all products produced.
    • Responsible for upholding all job specific requirements
    • Responsible for any sorting or reworking of non-conforming product.

    ** Skills/ Experience/ Education Required:**

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Problem Solving and decision-making ability.
    • Working Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft office
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Must be able to work in fast paced environment
    • Must be able to use hands for repetitive production of small parts for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
