    __****About the Company:

    • Majestic Plastics Inc. is a custom injection molding company that provides the highest quality thermo-plastic injection molded products to the automotive, agricultural, healthcare, transportation, and furniture industries. Employee-Owned Organization (ESOP).

    ** Job Functions:**

    • Work with Production Coordinator and Quality Technician to solve customer complaints with hands on training when required.

    • Uphold quality policy and Quality Management System

    • The following Work Instructions:

    Daily Duties are but not limited to the following:

    • Review Production and Quality Boards for any quality concerns / issues / company memos or assignments
    • Read Quality Standards and review approved samples
    • Record packaged product information onto Production Worksheet
    • Review with previous operator any machine / product issues. Ensure machine area is clean and everything properly labeled.
    • Proper Set up scale using packaging work instruction
    • Make up packaging supplies and print labels refer to label work instruction
    • Attend Shift meeting.
    • Switch tubs and inspect shots. Full shot must be inspected every time you switch containers and placed in designated container at machine. Communicate any issues or concerns with Production Coordinator and Quality Technician.
    • Package good product according to company standards and record verified count information.
    • Housekeeping - Clean around machines, break room, bathroom, and packaging supply area, non con area.
    • Total all packaged production at the end of the shift and/or at machine change over. * Verify count accuracy then turn in Coordinator.
    • Responsible for Reworking – Sorting.
    • Responsible for Quality of product for each machine assigned. Communication of any quality concerns.
    • Responsible for upholding customer job specific requirements are met.

    Skills / Experience / Education Required:

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Problem solving and decision-making ability
    • Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
    • Physical ability to move at a fast pace and stand for up to 8 hours.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pound
