About the Role:

Better And Beyond Family Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Male STNA or CNA to join our growing care team in Cleveland, OH. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most, providing hands-on personal care in a supportive and family-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct personal care to clients including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervising staff

Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional needs

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients

Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their families

Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all state and agency guidelines

Requirements:

Valid Ohio STNA or CNA certification required

Male candidates preferred to meet specific client care needs

Previous experience in home care, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality patient care

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with physical needs

Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
