Mantis Innovation is a leading ESG company that delivers smart, sustainable solutions to improve facility performance across key functions, including energy procurement, asset management, and energy efficiency. We provide services to the entire facility, inside and out, and can impact 70% of critical budget allocations for operations. Our company relies on proprietary software tools to offer a full suite of services, including energy procurement and demand management; solar, roofing, building envelope, and pavement assessment and maintenance; and LED lighting, HVAC/mechanical, and building automation systems design and implementation.

** General Summary**

In this position, you will be responsible for new business development and lead generation to expand our client base. We want you to use your consultative approach to selling to establish long-term relationships with clients. You will meet regularly with clients to position solutions that help manage energy spend related to electricity, natural gas, and energy efficiency strategies.

What you will do:

• Prospect, uncover, and develop a selling strategy to secure new businesses in your area.
• Continuously develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the new customer base and retain existing ones.
• Increase market share by generating interest and demand for our commodity purchasing energy efficiency and solar strategies.
• Establish relationships with C-level leaders, expanding our footprint into large, strategic accounts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years consultative sales experience
• 2+ years energy procurement sales experience, preferred
