Syndeo Staffing, in partnership with Mears Fertilizer, is hosting an onsite job fair. We’re hiring for multiple positions and want to meet you!

INTERVIEWS CONDUCTED ONSITE!!

Join us on September 4, 2024, from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM

Available Positions @ $15+ per hour (based on experience):

• Blender & Loader Operator:
  • Previous experience operating a front-end loader and blending equipment in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Plant Operations Assistant
  • Demonstrated ability to operate various types of machinery and equipment
• Warehouse Associate
  • 1-2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse setting

Schedule: Positions listed above will include a 42.5 hour work week between 6 am & 5 pm Mon-Fri.

Available Positions @ $17+ per hour (based on experience):

• Industrial Maintenance Tech:

  • 1-2 years of proven working experience as a Maintenance Technician

• CDL Driver:

  • Valid Class A CDL, hazmat endorsement preferred

• Field Conversion Operator (Travel Required):

  • Requires extensive travel @ 60-80% mostly through the work week; some weekend travel is necessary with supplemental per diem pay

Schedule: Positions listed above will typically be Mon-Fri 7 am – 4:30 pm with frequent OT as needed

Additional Openings:

• Safety & HR Coordinator
  • 2-3 years safety experience in manufacturing
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30 am – 5 pm
