    MAIN PURPOSE:

    Reporting to the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Finance Manager, Americas undertakes financial analysis and reporting of the regional results to provide insight into performance and strategic decisions to the Americas region (NORAM and LATAM).

     MAIN DUTIES:

    • Work with branch administrative teams to ensure revenue is billed and invoiced, and costs are accurately and completely recorded
    • Work with central finance to validate revenue & costs in the P&L to ensure performance is accurately presented each month and adheres to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Prepare monthly reporting packs for branches and the region, highlighting financial measures (including key Performance Indicators (KPI's)), root cause analysis of any underlying issues and applicable solutions to be implemented
    • Monitor the billing of revenue & estimation of costs on a weekly basis and work with branch administrative teams to provide accurate forecasts to central finance for wider reporting
    • Review profitability on key client accounts to identify variances with agreed customer pricing
    • Support in the preparation of budgets, plan & forecasts as required
    • Partner with finance and key business stakeholders, to perform financial analysis to support commercial decision making, including (but not limited to) Lease vs buy, acquisitions, agent selection, customer pricing, capital expenditure & savings projects.

     REQUIREMENTS:

    • 5 - 7 years of FP&A experience in a Pharma, CRO, or logistics environment preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting
    • Exceptional data analysis and financial modeling capabilities
    • Must possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Experience with Oracle Cloud preferred
    • Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to present detailed analysis in a clear, concise manner
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
    • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
