    Marketing Agent

Help Families. Build Community. Grow Your Career.

Broylman Memorial Group is one of the fastest-growing cemetery services organizations in the country. We’re modernizing an industry that matters deeply to the communities we serve — with professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to integrity.

We’re seeking a Marketing Agent who is personable, driven, and organized — someone who can strengthen our community relationships, generate qualified leads, and support our sales leadership with consistent outreach and scheduling.

This is meaningful work with genuine purpose: helping families learn about their options before they need them.

    What You’ll Do

    Community Engagement & Outreach

Build relationships with churches, civic groups, senior organizations, veterans’ organizations, and community partners.

Represent the cemetery professionally at community events, educational sessions, and outreach activities.

Support public-awareness initiatives about pre-planning and available services.

    Lead Generation & Appointment Setting

Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads via phone, email, events, and partner referrals.

Schedule appointments for the sales manager and maintain accurate, up-to-date calendars.

Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, conversations, and follow-ups.

    Marketing & Administrative Support

Assist with distributing marketing materials and keeping outreach tools organized.

Track engagement metrics and report activity to the sales manager.

Support general office needs including managing inquiries with professionalism and compassion.

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

    Required

High school diploma or equivalent; marketing or sales experience is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

    Highly organized with reliable follow-through.

Comfortable with Google Workspace (or similar applications).

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

    Smart phone with internet access?

Good aptitude for consumer electronics, such as laptops, computers, cell phones, etc.?

    Preferred

Experience in cemetery, funeral, pre-planning, or senior-service industries.

    Bilingual (especially Spanish).

Comfortable working occasional evenings or weekends for pre-scheduled events.

    Why This Role Matters

You’ll play a central role in connecting our services with the people who need them — respectfully, ethically, and professionally.
