    Marketing Assistant (Part-Time – In-Office) Location: East Brunswick Schedule: 3 Days per Week, ~24 Hours/Week Pay: $22 per Hour Start Date: Immediate.

    About the Role

    THE FEDERAL APPEALS FIRM is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to support our growing marketing initiatives. This part-time, in-office position is ideal for a college student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field who is looking to gain real-world experience in a dynamic, professional environment.

    Responsibilities

    Email Marketing Support: Assist with drafting and sending email newsletters to our subscriber base.

    Content Scheduling & Coordination: Help manage the publication of newsletters, promotional messages, and campaigns to ensure they are executed timely and consistently.

    Social Media Management: Support the planning, posting, and monitoring of social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

    AI-Assisted Content Creation: Use AI tools to help draft marketing copy, create campaign ideas, and design basic digital content.

    Infographic Design: Create visually appealing infographics and social graphics to enhance campaign effectiveness.

    Video Editing: Edit short-form and long-form marketing videos using standard editing software.

    Marketing Operations: Ensure marketing efforts run smoothly by helping organize timelines, monitor deadlines, and assist with ongoing projects.

    Qualifications

    Currently enrolled in a college or university marketing or communications program (or similar field).

    Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.).

    Experience with AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) preferred.

    Proficiency in basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).

    Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.

    Strong communication and time-management skills.

    Creativity and a proactive mindset are a must!

    Additional Details

    In-person position – remote work is not available for this role.

    Flexible hours during the workday, based on class schedule and business needs.
