    JOB SUMMARY

    The Customer Service Ambassador is responsible for contacting customers that are interested in getting scheduled for a consultation and learning more about Martin Bionics. The goal of the Customer Service Ambassador is to answer the customer’s inquiry with specificity, share clinical outcomes that are relevant to the customer, and ultimately build a strong relational connection that ultimately leads to them coming into our clinic to be fit. 

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Field all phone calls and incoming leads for those that submitted a form to the company website using emails, phone calls and texts

    • Follow up with all leads following the Lead Call Process

    • Initiate contact by making outbound calls to potential prospects

    • Build relationships with prospects and utilize knowledge to generate consultations

    • Manage the leads by entering them into the CRM 

    • Communicate basic prosthetic and anatomical terms in written and verbal communication to all prospects after lengthy training has been provided.  The expectation will be that you are proficient and knowledgeable with our technology.

    SKILLS/ABILITIES

    • Advanced problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to use good judgment in resolving patient relation issues

    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer experience in healthcare preferred.

    • Goal-orientated growth mindset, capable of performing a variety of complex tasks in a rapidly evolving environment

    • Excellent written and verbal skills with a strong desire to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction across diverse populations including, patients, caregivers and medical professionals.

    • Highly motivated and results-oriented

    • Strong proficiency in using a computer and computer applications including Word documents and/or Excel spreadsheets, Google Drive, using templates, working in a company-customized database.

    • Quick and accurate data entry, time management and strong organizational skills

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

    • High school Diploma or equivalent required

    • Bachelor Degree preferred
