We strive to bring hope, innovation and compassion to people struggling with mental illnesses and addiction disorders, operating three campuses in Columbus, as well as at five regional clinics in Union, Delaware, Marion, Morrow and Crawford counties.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

Performs as coordinator of services for homeless persons. Assist homeless persons to achieve their highest level of functioning; Maintain contact with homeless persons to move along the continuum into permanent housing; link homeless persons with providers of recovery services, mental health treatment and housing; assess funds to assist with deposit and first month rent, transportation, furniture, food and other materials needed. Focus interventions on daily living, socialization, community education, physical health and mental well being. 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSES, CREDENTIALS, CERTIFICATION 

Bachelor’s degree in human service or behavioral science or equivalent and/or Two (2) years experience in the field of chemical dependency and/or mental health.
