MASCO provides Boston area hospitals and medical practices with award winning quality call center and message center dispatch services. As a call center representative you will be answering and routing callers to the correct person or department, paging/texting clinicians and caregivers off-hours and taking messages. We have both onsite and remote - work at home opportunities. Training is REQUIRED onsite for all position and is on average 2.5 weeks We have several openings Overnight: Friday /Saturday/Sunday/Monday 11PM- 8AM - ONSITE DAYS : Tuesday - Saturday 8:15 - 4:45 ( 3 days can be remote) Part - Time ( Floaters) Schedule on w weekly basis - Remote various hours Requirements: - Must have completed 1 year College - Typing skills 40 wpm - Excellent interpersonal Skills - Ability to start shift on time
