    ****Overview ****

    The MASStrong Outreach & Engagement Coordinator is responsible for direct outreach and relationship-building with Massachusetts healthcare organizations, professionals, and others who qualify for the MASStrong program. The goal is to generate engagement in the MASStrong program, including participation in support groups, facilitator training, supervisor training, and onboarding organizational partnerships.

    • Payment : $42-45 per hour
    • Hours : 10-20 hours per week for 4 weeks starting immediately upon confirmation and onboarding.
    • Opportunity : May be an opportunity to continue past 4 weeks and increase hours. This will be based on successfully reaching goals and deliverables.

    Scope of Work

    • Build upon and build positive, trusting relationships with decision-makers, staff, and frontline providers across Massachusetts healthcare settings.

    • Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare organizations and potential partners through email, phone, Zoom, or in-person meetings.

    • Coordinate with the GPS team to schedule support groups, trainings, and introductory sessions as needed.

    • Introduce and clearly communicate the MASStrong program, including support groups, facilitator training, supervisor training, and organizational partnership opportunities.

    • Move contacts from initial interest to concrete action, including registration for programs or formal engagement as a partner organization.

    • Provide weekly updates on outreach progress, including new leads, meetings held, potential partners in the pipeline, and barriers to engagement.

    • Represent MASStrong and GPS with professionalism, warmth, clarity, and accuracy.

    • Tailor outreach to each organization's needs while maintaining clear and consistent messaging about MASStrong and GPS.

    • Track all outreach activity, meetings, and partner progress in HubSpot, including next steps and follow-up tasks.

    Expected Outcomes

    • A well-maintained and accurate outreach pipeline documenting progress, outcomes, and follow-up tasks. GPS will provide tracking tools.

    • Growth in awareness, engagement, and adoption of MASStrong offerings across the state.

    • Increased outreach to healthcare organizations across Massachusetts.

    • New partner organizations completing applications, implementing GPS programs, including those pursuing funding.

    • New registrations for support groups, facilitator trainings, and supervisor trainings.

    Required Skills and Qualities

    • Able to guide people from early interest to commitment and registration.

    • Able to represent GPS and MASStrong with accuracy and care.

    • Effective and efficient communicator across email, phone, video, and in-person settings.

    • Experience in outreach, community engagement, sales, or partnership development is preferred.

    • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing many outreach relationships at once.

    • Personable, warm, and skilled at building rapport quickly.

    Deliverables

    • Clear documentation of all outreach activity and partner progress in HubSpot. GPS will provide tracking materials.

    • Confirmed program registrations or partnership agreements.

    • Scheduled meetings and presentations with potential partners.

    • Weekly outreach summary.
