Responsibilities:
Engage with potential members and parents of potential members to promote D1 Training programs and services.
Conduct facility tours and explain the benefits of our fitness offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach programs.
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
Collaborate with trainers to ensure seamless member experiences.
Utilize GPS (Gym Profit Solutions) software to track leads and manage sales processes effectively.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience in the fitness industry or related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
Passion for health and fitness, with a desire to help others succeed.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Proficient in Microsoft Teams.
High school diploma or equivalent; fitness certifications a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
