    Job Description

    This role will serve as a primary contact for Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket accounts. This individual will maintain high standards of customer satisfaction within the area of responsibility. The primary responsibility will be to increase unit volume at the primary account at the customer level. This individual will interact with all organizational levels, including Marketing, Pricing, Purchasing, Materials Planning, Engineering, and Sales, on a regular basis.

    Salary Range $100k-$120 + bonus

    ** Principle Responsibilities**

    • Serve as the primary contact in a Commercial Vehicle customer environment where interactions are varied and require knowledge in Technical Product Knowledge, Pricing, Materials Planning, Marketing, and Warranty related to suspension systems and components support.
    • Ability to determine end-to-end customer needs and develop solutions with our product.
    • Act as a customer advocate to ensure the timely execution of actions and communicate results to all applicable internal and external teams.
    • Develop strategies to increase sales, targeted not only at discretionary purchases but also new markets and opportunities for the commercial vehicle distribution channel.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry, products and use, brand, business to business through end-use customers, competition, technical features, and policies and procedures.
    • Determine relative strengths and weaknesses of our competitors and communicate to marketing and sales management.
    • Represent the company in appropriate customer discussions to minimize miscommunication while maximizing coordination.
    • Maintain and update files for designated accounts.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ** Education/Experience:**

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field is preferred.
    • Experience working with commercial vehicle aftermarket organizations such as Navistar, Hendrickson, Aurora, Vipar, etc.
    • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience preferably in heavy duty products.
    • Ability to negotiate effectively.
    • Demonstrated strong product and technical knowledge.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
