    Job Description

    Summary Reporting directly to the US Payroll Manager (located in the Philadelphia office), the payroll administrator will support data entry and data verification during the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees, as well as other payroll related reports and duties. A hybrid work schedule is available.

    Detailed Responsibilities

    • Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
    • Maintain and update employee payroll records.
    • Process payroll deductions and other withholdings.
    • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters.
    • Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
    • Collaborate with the HR (Human Resources) team to resolve all payroll discrepancies.
    • Generate payroll reports as required.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1+ years' experience in payroll processing and administration.
    • Experience with ADP Workforcenow is strongly encouraged.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
