Job Description

This position facilitates the movement of goods utilizing a sit down forklift and RF scanner from staging area to outbound trailers. Able to follow directions and communicate both orally and written.

** Responsibilities**

• Daily inspection of Material Handling Equipment using RF and paper
• Performs Outbound function adhering to standard operating procedures
• Inspects each pallet and products for damage prior to loading to ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilizes RF Scanner to move goods from Staging to Outbound Mode of Transportation
• Able to stand, bend, stretch, squat up to 9 hours per day
• Lift up to 65 pounds
• Read and understand training and shipment paperwork
• Performs general housekeeping in warehouse
• Be willing to be out in the elements to preform duties
• Performs other department duties as assigned
• Efficient at operating a propane sit down forklift

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately wrap, stage and load shipments within the required time

• Ability to meet efficiency requirement by function

• Working knowledge of RF Scanners / WMS

• Able to work in outdoor conditions

• $18.50 +$1.00 shift diff

• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday., 3pm - 11:30pm

• Currently working overtime
