As an Instructional Designer, you would perform the following tasks:
- Design, develop, and/or re-design, content for e-learning, web-based and/or instructor-led classes.
- Create engaging course content that enhances retention and knowledge transfer.
- Work with internal teams and subject matter experts to understand products, services and procedures necessary to produce quality training material.
- Develop materials and assessments for the LMS.
- Identify target audience’s training needs.
- Maintain an understanding of applications and user aptitude.
- Perform research and analysis on learners and contexts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2-5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Development, or related experience.
- Experience in the following desired: creating training content for multiple audiences; training design and development; analyzing training needs and measuring training outcomes.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate, Microsoft Office Suite, Lectora, Camtasia, Articulate 360, Dreamweaver, and/or other eLearning or LMS programs is a plus.
We are particularly desiring individuals who can learn new software programs quickly and write well.
We are also open to accepting recent graduates who are open to getting experiences with Instruction Design.
