We are looking for a Lab Calibration Technician in San Diego, CA.

Duties and Responsibilities

Complies with all applicable policies, procedures, and processes within Pipette.com Quality Management System.

Performs pipette cleaning, disassembly, verification, and calibration in accordance with established Service Levels.

Service and troubleshoot pipettes to ensure conformance to established manufacturer and customer specifications within the expected range.

Properly uses Laboratory equipment. Performs weekly balance validation with measurement standards.

Uses “Qualer Enterprise Asset Management Software” to perform verification and calibration tasks.

Maintains house-keeping and health-safety standards.

Meet daily and monthly calibration goals to help sustain and grow service capacity.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum education requirements: High School Diploma.

General understanding of basic measurement units, computer and calibration technology.

Good vision, communication and math skills.

Ability to analyze and interpret data and other information in order to complete calibration procedures.

Strong attention to detail.
