DATA ENTRY CLERK

EXPAND YOUR PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIO AS THE DATA ENTRY CLERK WITH OUR CLIENT IN CHARLESTON, SC. As the Data Entry Clerk, you will assist the Finance department with production projects. THIS IS A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Intermediate PowerPoint skills
• SAP knowledge (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage data entry from paper copy to excel spreadsheet - dates and values
• Review Production order postings within our ERP system (SAP) for comparison of actual qty and value vs target. Generate excel log to document any differences found
• Review scrap metal sales remittance and log into excel file
• Scan/Image receiving documents such as packing slip/bill of lading, saving to a network folder then file paper copy for archive
• Update dates of production orders within our ERP system
• Perform other duties as assigned
