    Job Description

    MAXISIQ has an opening for an Endpoint Support Specialist to provide infrastructure support to Naval Research Laboratory operations in Washington, DC. This is a full-time position that becomes available with award in March 2024.

    The Endpoint role supports the deployment, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues related to desktop workstations, mobile workstations, networked and local printers and other network accessible devices.

    Apply Tier 3 expertise and support to specific products, services and systems.

    Minimum Requirements

    Education: High School Diploma / GED

    Security Clearance: Active secret clearance minimum

    Certifications: SEC+ minimum

    -Minimum of ten (10) years of specialized experience and knowledge of hardware, software, information assurance or business analytical support that includes at least two of the following areas: technical and user documentation, end-user training, network support, information assurance or general administrative support.
    -Must possess good interpersonal, communications, and analytical skills.
