3rd Party Ecommerce Specialist

We sell through the e-commerce channels (own websites and many marketplaces), large furniture chains and small independent retailers. We are seeking a NEW member for our growing e-commerce team!
General description of position:
Maxwood’s product portfolio is active on 3rd party marketplaces such as Amazon, Wayfair, Target and Overstock (and many others), with significant growth over the last few years. We are building our team and expanding our assortment continuously.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUSIASTIC SELF-STARTER WHO HAS THE SKILLS AND ENTREPRENEURIAL DRIVE TO MANAGE AND GROW OUR BUSINESS ON E-COMMERCE MARKETPLACES. The successful candidate will execute initiatives and contribute to executing day to day business operations with an objective to significantly grow revenue. We run our business on CHANNELADVISOR and previous experience with this or similar software (like Salsify) is a plus. We are continuously building out our systems so experience with systems maintenance and integrations is a plus. We are a data driven organization so expertise in Excel and data manipulation is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· MAINTENANCE OF MAXWOOD’S PORTFOLIO ON CHANNELADVISOR, including image upload, data management, continuous improvements.
· NEW PRODUCT SETUP, with key focus on data accuracy and channel specific back-end optimization
· EVERYDAY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, including pricing and promotional initiatives
· PERFORMANCE TRACKING AND REPORTING/ANALYTICS
· NEW ACCOUNT ONBOARDING, with key focus on establishing seamless and successful data & systems integration with new local or international customers.
· RESEARCH AND RESOLVE TECHNICAL ISSUES like system errors. Identify actions to improve operational efficiency. Manage new system implementation where required.
· DATA MANIPULATION/MANAGEMENT, clean up and transfer from one system to the other through spreadsheets/macro’s
· Various SPECIAL PROJECTS.
Required Skills & Experience:
At Least 2 years’ experience in E-Commerce management. Key skills/competencies we are looking for:
· Demonstrated business initiative and a proactive mindset.
· E commerce site and/or marketplace management with a history of successful revenue growth.
· Experience with Systems integration and technical operations
· E commerce product management & digital merchandising.
· E commerce fulfillment, operations & inventory management.
· Advanced computer knowledge a MUST, especially Excel Spreadsheets.
· Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills
ChannelAdvisor or similar e-commerce platform experience is a plus.
Amazon and/or other marketplace seller or vendor experience is a plus.
