Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their national Estate Planning practice.  This role will serve the litigation needs in the areas of fiduciary litigation, trust administration, and estate planning.  You will handle marital property disputes, guardianships, trust modification, and related areas.  

This is a junior to mid-level role for a candidate with very strong law school academic record and a basic litigation and estate planning background.  

This is a partnership track position.  

Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  This position will be located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and will be mostly an in-office position. 

Admission to the Wisconsin State Bar will be required upon joining the firm.
