They are seeking an attorney to specialize in representing Homeowners' & Condo Associations (HOA) and to lead and mentor the HOA collections litigation team.

This is an exciting partnership track opportunity with a preeminent law firm in community association law advocating best practices and legal strategies for condominium and homeowners' associations.

• Litigation Representation: You will represent HOAs in consumer collection litigation cases.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with FDCPA and oversee debt verification processes.

• Collections Management: Oversee collections processes for HOA and condo associations, adhering to all relevant regulations.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of associates and paraprofessionals, managing workloads, offering guidance, and providing training to ensure efficient case management and deadline compliance.

This Collections Attorney - HOA role is for you, if you:

• Litigation Experience: A solid foundation in collections litigation, with a preference for experience with HOAs.
• Exceptional Skills: Outstanding research and writing capabilities, along with superior negotiation and communication skills, are essential. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to deadlines is a must.
• Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in Missouri, or able gain licensure within a short period of time. You will be handling matters in both Missouri and Kansas.
• Mangement: Enjoy managing a skilled legal team.

Hybrid Role: This position is located in St Louis, MO. The firm has beautiful new offices that are designed to encourage collaboration. The firm has a hybrid culture and will support your work environment preference.

The firm will relocate a successful candidate.
