An impressive and very successful Consumer Class Action law firm is seeking a partner-level class action litigation attorney (6+ years of experience) to join them. This firm represents individuals and businesses in state and federal courts nationwide. The firm's cases routinely include high-profile plaintiff-side class action cases involving data privacy, data breach, TCPA, fraudulent business practices, and defective products.

This group of class action litigation attorneys prosecutes high-stakes cases against large companies and multinational institutions using an innovative model to research and investigate claims. In so doing, they have secured multimillion-dollar settlements and impacted thousands of people.

Due to an influx of cases, they are looking to hire a talented attorney to manage the cases and supervise a small group of attorneys.

• You will be involved in managing a caseload of complex class action matters. You will also supervise associates and staff as needed.
• You have a solid track record of success handling consumer law and class action matters.
• You have exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• You work efficiently and effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• You have strong writing skills.
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

Licensure:

There is a strong preference for attorneys who are barred in one or more of the following jurisdictions: Illinois, Florida, New York, or California. Please still apply if you are not licensed in one of these jurisdictions but are interested in the position. We are open to considering other jurisdictions.

This position is entirely remote. This firm has invested in cutting-edge technology instead of expensive office space, enabling it to provide legal services that are both sophisticated and value-driven
