    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Receptionist will be responsible for the front desk operations as well as participate in projects from the Office Manager. This role is the first point of contact to our clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Greets visitors, answers phones, screens and forward calls, provides information, and takes messages in a friendly, professional and timely manner
    • Provides response to inquiries with appropriate information
    • Assists with reserving conference rooms and preparing materials for trainings
    • Coordinates dinner for accounting staff during busy season
    • Arranges for courier service for package deliveries to clients
    • Distributes packages delivered to office staff
    • Updates In and Out Board for MBAF US offices daily
    • Enters expenses into software program for invoices received
    • Assists with copying, scanning documents requested by MBAF leadership
    • Performs Human Resources administrative support tasks as requested and assigned
    • Keeps work area and reception lobby tidy and presentable to the public
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Associates degree preferred
    • Minimum 2-3 years as a receptionist in a professional environment
    • Must be proficient in Excel
    • Must be very organized
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
