We are searching for a Staffing Specialist for a leading, reputable boutique staffing company in downtown Boston. This role will ultimately be responsible for recruiting and placing candidates in a variety of office, admin, accounting and finance roles, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

What you'll do:

• Full cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing and submitting resumes to clients
• Develop action plans to increase candidate flow
• Coordinate interviews and negotiate pay rates
• Communicate with customers over the phone, by email and in person

Requirements:

• BA/BS Strongly preferred
• 2 years of recruiting or sourcing in some capacity is helpful
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi task and stay organized in a very fast paced environment

Base salary of $45,000-$55,000, plus a strong commission plan!
