We are searching for a Sales Rep to join a local New England engineering staffing leader, with a great culture and uncapped commission, for their firms office out of Chelmsford.  This position will help grow the firm by doing inside and sales activity, partnering with clients, and obtaining qualified job opportunities. 

What you'll do: 

• Go after new business through phone calls and in person meetings
• Do market research and develop presentations
• Market services to new and existing clients
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of new and existing business and document all activities
• Obtain job orders from clients and help get qualified candidates to work

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience preferred but not required (Entry level is OK too with a desire to get into sales!!
• BA/BS preferred but not required
• Money motivated, flexible, hard working, energetic and competitive spirit
• Strong desire to grow your career and succeed in a fast paced environment

Competitive base salary DOE with an uncapped commission plan.
