WITH THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE:

• Developing and executing a sales strategy that promotes revenue growth
• Cold calling, following up on leads, and building relationships with potential clients
• Meeting with customers to understand their needs, and providing consultative services
• Communicating needs and strategies to the recruiting and operations team
• Speaking with candidates and vetting them against client requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• 1 year of B2B sales exp
• Self-motivated, eager, able to multi task in a very fast paced environment
• Competitive spirit
