WITH THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE:
- Developing and executing a sales strategy that promotes revenue growth
- Cold calling, following up on leads, and building relationships with potential clients
- Meeting with customers to understand their needs, and providing consultative services
- Communicating needs and strategies to the recruiting and operations team
- Speaking with candidates and vetting them against client requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- 1 year of B2B sales exp
- Self-motivated, eager, able to multi task in a very fast paced environment
- Competitive spirit
