We are searching for a strong Tech Recruiter to join a premier staffing company, with an amazing culture and uncapped commission, for their firms office in Boston, MA
What you'll do:
- Source and screen candidates using a variety of recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster)
- Conduct interviews in person or over the phone
- Check references for qualified candidates
- Negotiate payrates on behalf of the candidate
- Occasionally attend client meetings
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting (healthcare or technology preferred)
- BA/BS preferred but not required
- Money motivated, energetic and competitive spirit
- Strong desire to grow your career and succeed in a fast paced environment
Competitive base salary with an uncapped, high percentage, commission could have you earning 6 figures in short order!
