We are searching for a Recruiter to join a national Engineering staffing company, with a great culture and uncapped commission, for their firms office in North Andover.  

What you'll do: 

• Source and screen candidates using a variety of recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster)
• Conduct interviews over the phone and via video conference
• Check references for qualified candidates
• Negotiate payrates on behalf of the candidate
• Ensure paperwork compliance with new hires
• Occasionally attend client meetings

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting preferred but not required 
• BA/BS preferred but not required
• Money motivated, energetic and competitive spirit
• Strong desire to grow your career and succeed in a fast paced environment

Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission could have you earning 6 figures in short order!
