We are searching for a full-desk recruiter for a very reputable, local Finance and Accounting recruiting firm . With this position, you would be working on long term temporary to perm, or direct hire roles, performing the sales and recruiting functions. Searching for a true HUNTER who has past experience in staffing! This is a terrific position for someone who has been in the industry at least 1  year, who is looking for real career advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Business development, and building relationships with clients
• Taking job orders, negotiating rates and drafting up contracts
• Sourcing, screening and vetting candidates against client requirements
• Submitting candidates to clients, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers on their behalf

Requirements-

• At least 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience
• BA/BS Degree preferred
• Verifiable references
• Positive, can-do attitude, with a passion for helping clients and candidates
