We are seeking a full desk executive recruiter for our client who is a perm placement executive search firm focusing in the IT industry, specifically software. This is a terrific opportunity to work from home in the San Francisco area, with a strong and growing company, and earn a base salary plus an amazing commission plan.

What you'll do:

• Create and build a robust pipeline of business, and obtain a flow of high quality direct hire job orders  
• Conduct in depth intake meetings with clients to ensure you have all of the details on their jobs
• Source, screen, interview a network of passive and active candidates in the San Francisco area
• Coach candidates, prepare them for interviews, and negotiate salaries on their behalf
• Utilize Bullhorn to keep accurate records on clients and candidates

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a perm placement recruiting environment, specifically in the tech field 

• Solid knowledge of the Tech Staffing industry, specifically software, and the market in SFBA

• BA/BS Preferred

• Money motivated and self driven
