MBH is looking for a support-focused pro to join the IT team. You will be a major player in growing our team and elevating the organization. MBH IT plays a key role in enabling our employees to innovate and operate at their peak potential. You will improve the front-line user experience by providing on-demand user support for MBH staff and their tools and apps, while also contributing to longer-term projects. This role is full-time based in our Alameda office.
Primary Responsibilities - Assists in new system deployments/loading appropriate software as needed. - Troubleshoot and resolve Hardware & Software issues. - Install and configure various software including Revit, AutoCAD, etc. - Manage user accounts in Active Directory, O365, as well as other systems. - Keep current with the latest IT technologies and best practices. - Document current and future processes and procedures.
Required Skills - 1-3 Years work experience in an IT support role. - Strong understanding of computer network technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, WiFi, DNS, DHCP). - Strong Window 10 and MS Office troubleshooting skills. - Desire to learn new software and technology, and work on multiple tasks at the same time. - Good documentation skills, attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of Active Directory. - Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of hands on experience with the following desktop technologies : - Windows 2007 and above - MS Office 365 - PC imaging technologies - Virus control and virus client management - MS Print environment support - Computer asset control - Mobile device support - VPN support
