Contract-To-Hire
OBJECTIVE: We are seeking an Electrical Product Design Engineer I who can assist in the execution of all technical engineering aspects of an order to achieve functionality, quality, cost and schedule. Individuals will need to apply diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices; makes decisions independently on engineering problems; engineering and product line expertise required. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Receives instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems and work is reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
• Responsible for developing and implementing HMI programming, and AutoCAD Electrical schematics in accordance with company standards.
• Develops HMI solutions that create a user friendly look and feel.
• Supports various departments with HMI design and AutoCAD Electrical schematic creation.
• Assists in the start-up of new equipment and HMI checkout.
• Assists in providing technical and functional guidance to other employees.
• Collaborates with various engineers and CAD drafters as required to design electrical controls based on customer specifications.
• Maintain HMI programming and electrical schematics throughout the entire project.
