Premier San Francisco based full-service business law firm is seeking a Legal Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic and collegial 4-person Client Services team! This is a great opportunity for a graduate with a business, English or marketing degree looking to gain legal marketing experience.

In this newly created role you will report to the Director of Client Services and assist with the marketing for each of the firm's industry groups. This includes scheduling and coordinating intergroup meetings, work with group leaders to develop tools/systems to track actions, recording information on clients and contacts in CRM database, coordinating industry professional association activity, developing and sharing industry knowledge using tools such as Manzama, Law360, etc. and ensuring the firm website is up to date with changes in the industry groups and new matters.
