Stable, growing, food services East Bay catering company is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator (bi-lingual Spanish/English) to join their team! In this role you will be a key figure in providing full-cycle human resources support to both exempt and non-exempt employees. Responsibilities involve recruitment, onboarding and orienting new staff, acting as the human resources "go to" for all managers and employees, developing effective working relationships with management and employees to influence and coach and promote best employment practices, maintaining OSHA logs, managing worker's compensation, conducting exit interviews, and providing a host of additional human resources administrative support duties.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
2 years of human resources experience
Bi-lingual English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Knowledge of ACA, FMLA, and ADA compliance, experience working in a USDA, FDA, or SQF facility, knowledge of payroll systems and California Employment Law.
Salary is 65K+
